July 21st, 2008 by sbelectricalI just got done fixing my computer. I didn’t do a thing. I had my friend access my computer from another location. My friend lives in California. I live in Chicago. But he was still able to instantly access my computer via the internet. I use remote infrastructure management and help desk support to get help with my computer. It’s a great way to save time and be a better business. Getting things done fast is one of the most important things for business. I was happy to learn from my friend about this new service. It really saves me a lot of my time and i can focus more on my marketing. I don’t want to use up my valuable time trying to fix my computer. I’m not that good with computers. My time is better spent on marketing.
