Some internet geeks like to talk and battle over operating systems. I use both windows and mac computers. I wanted to talk about the mac for a few of my posts. The mac’s dragging function can be used to do a lot of things. Next to clicking or double clicking, dragging is one of the mouse actions that you will use the most. To drag, you just hold down the mouse button and move the mouse. Just keep the mouse button pressed down. When you get to where you want to go with you pointer, release the mouse button. There are two important things you can do with you dragging. You can move files and folders. You can also select an item and then drag it somewhere. Try it out and you will see how useful this dragging function is on your mac computer.

Before i started this blog, i knew nothing about computers or the internet. I was always interested in setting up my own website but never knew how. I asked a few friends and they helped me set up a few simple websites. I started getting into computers and stuff soon afterward. I am thinking about continuing my computer education. I found a website called PC Pro Schools. They help people like me learn about computers and the internet. The people who go through their training receive jobs in the IT field. These jobs are fun and challenging. They also pay really well. If you are interested in learning about computers, check out the good guys over at PC Pro Schools.

I just got done fixing my computer. I didn’t do a thing. I had my friend access my computer from another location. My friend lives in California. I live in Chicago. But he was still able to instantly access my computer via the internet. I use remote infrastructure management and help desk support to get help with my computer. It’s a great way to save time and be a better business. Getting things done fast is one of the most important things for business. I was happy to learn from my friend about this new service. It really saves me a lot of my time and i can focus more on my marketing. I don’t want to use up my valuable time trying to fix my computer. I’m not that good with computers. My time is better spent on marketing.

Working for home is a dream that many people in America have. What could be better then waking up and going to the room next door to do work. You can take lunches whenever you want and you don’t have to spend money buying fast food which isn’t that healthy for you. I have been working from home for the past year. I enjoy it and i have my home office set up pretty nice. I don’t have a really big condo, so i like to keep the space well organized. My home office has two computers both with LCD monitors. this saves a lot of space. I also got rid of my fax machines because i use online faxing for my fax solutions. It’s a great way to send and receive fax without having a fax machine. I get a lot of use out of new technology. I am happy to be a part of this growing movement of working at home.

Roofing in Ri.
There are several important steps to hiring a good roofing contractor. David Ness,a roofing contractor who does roofing in many towns and cities i.e Providence ri, smithfield ri, north smith field ri, pawtucket ri, riverside ri, cranston ri, warwick ri, lincoln ri, etc in rhode island for over 30 years outlines these import steps.
1)Contact several roofing contractors. Ask the builder, as well as friends and neighbors, for recommendations. If you’re having difficulty locating contractors, try contacting the local builders association to see if it can suggest someone.
2)Have the contractors come out and quote prices on the project. Provide access to the property and make sure all the contractors are bidding on the same type of roofing (such as a specific grade of asphalt shingles).Decide what type of roofing you want. Are you looking for asphalt shingles or wood? Or is slate more your style? Your decision will depend largely on the style of your home and your budget.
3)Ask for references and check them out. Are the previous customers happy with the work that was done for them? Make sure the roofers are including the removal of old roofing in their bids. (Note that it’s not always necessary to remove the existing roof when installing a new one.)
So just following a few of these steps will ensure your roofing project will be a successful one. Please Call David Ness for all you roofing RI needs
